Some things never change in the fantasy world. As much as the 90's and cottage core are hot right now, so is fairy core - the aesthetic that uses those same imaginative creatures we also dreamed about as kids. Mermaids are a popular request from the younger girls while dinosaurs still have the hearts of the young boys (and as Ross has taught us, the older ones too). Keeping up with trends is a unique and fun challenge, but here in the fantasy land classics seem to always be on point.

The most important aspect of choosing a theme for a fantasy portrait is to make it one that your child cares about. The most special theme will become the heirloom for their own child to get an idea of who they were.
