Can I book my shoot online like normal if I want to use a payment plan?
Your payment plan requires a separate contract that includes our agreement for payment, so please contact me before booking.
Can I switch to a payment plan after I book?
Yes. If you've booked and paid your deposit, but you'd like to make payments rather than paying the rest in full, please contact me!
What if I am unreachable ?
If you do not make your payment on the agreed due dates and you are unreachable your payment plan will be cancelled and considered non-refundable after 2 weeks of failed payment attempts,
Can I change my mind before my shoot?
All payments are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new shoot provided there is good reason.
When do my payments need to be complete?
Your payments should be at least 3/4 complete before your shoot and paid in full before any editing is begun on your photos. Please remember this may delay your guaranteed delivery date for your photos.
How are payments made?
Payments are made manually after receiving an invoice via email.
